Managing an existing booking
Where is the booking reference?+
It appears immediately after the request is stored. Keep it safe and use it with the same email address.
Why do I need the same email address?+
The reference and email combination prevents a booking from being exposed through a reference alone.
Can I change dates or locations online?+
Not yet. Changes that affect price, route approval, inventory, or eligibility need review by the reservations team.
