Collection questions

What if the flight is delayed?+

Provide the flight number in checkout and follow the delay instructions in the confirmed booking. After-hours support depends on the station and time.

Can somebody else collect the car?+

The named main driver normally needs to be present with the required licence, identification, and payment card.

How early should I return?+

Allow time for fuel, access roads, parking, inspection, and the walk or transfer to the terminal.
